The whole idea of the DESPERATEWIVESPARTY.COM came about from the old times when traditionally the lady of the house would prepare all types of cakes, breads and meals for the family as well as anyone who might pop in at supper time! Of course times have changed dramatically but with the continuing tradition of getting married in that same old fashioned style where the bride doesn't see her husband until the day of their wedding, we decided to continue this sentiment and add an element of this old charm to the hen party with an evening of learning a few basic kitchen techniques before the big day, while making it fun for all the girls.
The DESPERATEWIVESPARTY.COM is designed as an evening full of fun and madness in the Kitchen. A bit tongue in cheek but with the idea that through the craziness you can enjoy an excellent meal with the added benefit of being able to prepare it for your new family and friends for many years to come.
